Via the Cooking and Shopping Savvy program a registered dietitian will provide participants with practical tips for fast and healthy cooking. One class includes a cooking demonstration and tasting. Participants learn to efficiently shop for the healthiest products and how to decipher the true nutritional value from the label. The last class includes a hands-on grocery store tour for all participants to practice their newly acquired skills. Call (775) 770-7100 to register.
